Convergys Hiring Work at Home Customer Service Associates

Convergys is currently recruiting  full-time and part-time customer service associates to work at home upon completion of training. The job involves greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Customer Service Associates listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy, clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.

Basic Requirements for this position are as followed:
  •  Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts on an as needed basis
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Previous customer service experience
