At Home Agent Position at Wyndham Hotel & Resorts : Work at Home

Wyndham Vacation Ownership is seeking self-motivated and organized individuals to service their owner base in a telecommute or work at home environment.  Qualified applicants will be working from their home as employees. 

Job Title: Vacation Planning Counselor (At Home Agent)

Vacation Planning Counselors are responsible for  receiving in-bound calls , and placing outbound calls to, their owners and helping them to plan vacations that will create life-long memories for them and their loved ones. 
Candidates must meet the following qualifications on order to be considered for employment:

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to work from their home office.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Solid ability to multi-task with strong computer navigation capabilities
  • Exceptional listener with the skill to effectively communicate.
  • Team-centric and positively motivated to delight our owners and their guests
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks, convey a sense of urgency and remain detailed oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Quickly learn and apply new information; be open to change 
  • Enjoy talking to different people every day
Although this is a work at home position, candidates must live at least 1 hour away from Orlando Florida.  This is necessary in the case that you have technical difficulties at home and cannot receive calls, you will be required to come into the call center to complete your shift.
